What should I do before my appointment?

It helps to use olive oil ear drops for 2-3 days before treatment as it softens the wax and can make the procedure quicker and more comfortable.

Please do not use any drops containing hydrogen peroxide or solvents such as Otex as these can cause dryness, irratation and can make the wax a lot harder to remove.
